Welcome to our Mr. Roger’s Neighborhood: Between publishing children’s books and tutoring the neighborhood kids, a neighborhood is lucky to have someone like Roger to call a friend. Roger, a 76-year-old retired educator, has made his home in the Evergreen neighborhood of San Jose for the past 19 years.
