Attention Nonprofits

For nonprofit facilities interested in applying for assistance, scroll down to bottom of page to download the Nonprofit Facility Application.

Before you apply, please ensure that you meet our eligibility requirements. Resources are limited, and applications will be reviewed on a first come, first served basis. Applications are accepted year-round, however that does not guarantee acceptance.

Eligibility Requirements

Interested homeowners must:

  • Demonstrate a need for home repairs
  • Own a home within our service area (see below)
  • Be the primary residence of the applicant(s) and/or qualifying household member(s)
  • Have a household income below 80% AMI (see eligibility section below)
  • Be in good-standing with regards to Mortgage Loans, Property Taxes and Park Manager (for applicants that live in mobile homes) should they apply

NONPROFIT FACILITY APPLICATION

We serve other nonprofit facilities so that they may dedicate their resources to community services, rather than maintenance costs. These projects focus on safety improvements and other enhancements to further the work of the organization. We provide free repairs to a wide range of nonprofit organizations, including: community and resource centers, preschools, food pantries, and more.
